Pet Regulations: Pets Upon Approval
Details: Adult cats and dogs welcome. Cats must be spayed/neutered. Breed restrictions apply. Up to 2 pets per home. $300.00 refundable deposit per pet. Non-refundable sanitizing fee $204.00. 1 pet $15.00 per month fee. 2 pets $25.00 per month fee. Combined weight limit not to exceed 100 lbs.
